This is a variety of things that I'm into. I may not be constantly engaging with all of these, but they're all still things I care a lot about.

     

TEA

I really love exploring all kinds of tea, with a focus on camellia sinensis and the ways it's grown, processed, and drunk around the world.

The most recent new-to-me tea that I've tried is Turkish tea.

Teas that I particularly love are aged white teas, roasted oolongs, sheng puer, and Japanese black teas.

Eventually I would like to have a whole page dedicated to tea and teaware!
